Warranty

Monument Snowboards warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase as validated by a copy of your original sales receipt. If your product is verified as having a valid warranty issue we will repair or replace the product free of charge. In the event of an exact replacement (Model, size, and/or color) is no longer available; we will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size and value. This applies to replacement parts as well. Original sales receipt are required for verification of eligibility. Please take the board to the retailer, and they will contact us in regards to your issue.

This does not include neglect, abuse, or accidental contact resulting in damage to the snowboard. This means:  hitting a rock with the base while riding pow - rippign the base, wrecking at the bottom of a stairset and hitting an object like a corner of a house, snapping your board because you landed too far back on the nose or tail, etc.  After evaluation of the board we will assess the warranty issue and fix or replace the board if it is a valid manufacturing defect.
