SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITIONS IN VARIOUS TERRITORIES

Monument Snowboards aims to provide riders with an unparalleled selection of unique high end products that stand out from any other company in the industry. From collaborating with the most progressive artists to working with the highest end materials we seldom follow trends and create the best product we know how.

Started in 2001, based on a collective of Mid-Atlantic artists, MNMNT was started and driven by art.  Providing unique products to riders.  Today, that collective is worldwide, with many artists across the globe contributing to our vision.  While many companies have changed their direction based on the industry trends, MNMNT has stayed true to its beginnings.

Monument is a new and growing snowboard brand. This is a great opportunity for new reps to get on board and grow with an emerging brand. We are looking for experienced and highly motivated outside sales reps that enjoy new challenges and the excitement of pioneering and building a new brand.

To be successful in this position you must  possess product knowledge in the action sports lifestyle, primarily snowboard markets and have existing relationships with retailers in your territories.

Representatives needed in:  PAC NW, NOR CAL, SO CAL, MIDWEST, NEW ENGLAND, ONT, PQ and Maritimes.

All territories will be delegated to reps based on their qualifications and relationships that are already established.

Responsibilities:
• Create new accounts and develop lasting relationships
• Expanding existing accounts and continuing to grow business within
• Spot market trends through observation within the sport and changes in retail
• In charge of in store merchandising with promotions and displays within your division
• Ensure sales are being pushed through the distribution channels

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Comfortable in a self-starter environment
• Intermediate computer skills
• Highly organized
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue results
• 2+ years Outside Sales experience in the action sports/lifestyle industry
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to sell and grow sales in given territory
• Reliable transportation
