Ponytails and Cocktails

Deafjam and I flew into Breck to hang out with the MNMNT Youth Crew this past weekend. The Grand Prix was at Copper along with the Progression Session. After getting a ride from MNMNT Rockies rep John Brandow to Boulder, we met up with everyone at Daylight Donuts early Friday morning.
After finally getting on the mountain, the guys were riding around in the park training for this coming week's Dew Tour. Robby, and Ethan are both competing in it. Drew Fuller will be coming into town on Wednesday with some MNMNT decks waiting for him as well, for the Dew Tour. Stoked for all the guys in it.

During the first night in Breck at Man Camp, White Chocolate sits on Jeremy's head while he's sleeping at 4am, thinking that side of the couch was empty. He then goes into Fink's room to crash on the floor and knocks over all the decks on the wall. We wake up Fink in the morning with his sweet TMNT pillowcase and head over to Copper Mountain.
We made it in time to see the final runs at Copper. With five hours of nothing to do we had to Endo, the extreme sports bar on the mountain and meet up with Nic Drago, Justin Gunson (Role Model), Mike Casanova, Mike (Flow Warehouse Manager) and Rob Kingwill to name a few, for beers and food. Dylan Alito is seen pouring a beer, quite horribly in the video.
Ethan Deiss is seen in the next shot refusing to use Connor's (MNMNT Team Manager) hoody properly. He's quite intent here using them as mitten-gloves. Ethan is quite the lady's man, you should ask him for some tips if you ever do run into him; he was reeling them in after the contest!
We saw a bunch of people at the Progression Session, with Deafjam ducking the ropes during the contest to say what's up to Lonnie Kauk. Robby's friend, Jordan Phillips won the Progression Session.
Afterwards, Casanova drives back Connor's truck to Taco Bell in full contest gear (helmet and all), where Connor tries to show Ethan how to do the stanky leg dance. After we get back to Breck, the crew celebrates thestart of the night (12:15am) by shotgunning beers as team building exercise before heading downtown. Balharry is seen in the video killing everyone, making Canadians proud everywhere.
Lots of pros (and pro-ho's) were downtown that night and it was pretty entertaining to sit back and watch. Especially when Connor's ex came by to give him a shot and let's say it wasn't very pretty on the floor near the pool table.
The next shot is following night at Ponytails and Cocktails (Gunson and Connor's weekly karoake party). ESPN came to film spots all around town and came to the party to film the debauchery. It rocked. Ponytails and Cocktails every Sunday night in Breck...Where else can you go to see a bunch of ladies in evening gowns hanging out with a bunch of goons singing together? Fun times.
